a decent stay

convenient station helpful staff local dinner small room luggage storage limited breakfast
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the station. it was quite convenient (i didn't have to walk a lot!). the staff members were helpful. they gave great advice on local dinner spots.
the room felt quite small. there was minimal space for luggage storage. the breakfast options were limited to bento boxes. the choices were the same each day.

inadequate air conditioning expensive parking
The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. The temperature was difficult to regulate. It remained uncomfortably warm despite adjustments. I found the lack of on-site laundry facilities inconvenient. I needed to locate a laundromat a few blocks away! The location was acceptable, though the parking was expensive.

constant traffic noise limited storage
The location was near the metro station, though from night to morning i could hear cars passing by non-stop. i am sensitive to noise. This hotel was not a good choice. the rooms provide hardly any storage space to unpack anything. for multiple day stays, this is inconvenient. the noise and lack of space soured my experience.

limited space musty smell
The room size was indeed a concern. while advertised as a 'premier twin room hinoki bath,' the actual usable space felt smaller than expected. maneuvering around with luggage became a bit of a challenge, and i found myself constantly reorganizing to make room. i also noticed a slight musty smell in the bathroom,.. perhaps indicating a need for better ventilation. the limited window view didn't help either. It looked directly into another building, reducing natural light and creating a somewhat closed-in atmosphere.
